Items are shipped from our studio based in Los Angeles. You will find below the prices for the different countries :

For delivery outside the UNITED STATES, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay these fees may result in the order being held or returned. To comply with local regulations, customs authorities may require additional payments to release your order.
 
Please be aware that customs clearance procedures may cause delays in the delivery of your order.

We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. 

Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Return Policy
On purchased items all sales are final. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. In the event of a defective item, the customer may send the piece back for an exchange or a refund.

Exchange: If you need an exchange please send us an email at info@mateomassoud.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with an approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will send you another item in size you need.

Refund: If you need a refund please send us an email at Info@mateomassoud.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with an approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
